Thank you to everyone who participated in our 2010 submissions. We will be announcing the 2011 Call for Submissions in September.

In 2010, the ECO Film & Arts Festival did its first Call for Submissions inviting the local creative community use their talents to inspire, educate and motivate people to help the environment.

Invitation to create environmentally-inspired work for the 2010 festival:

Ontario-based filmmakers, photographers and artists

Photographs will be featured at the Opening Night Photography Exhibit and Awards Reception at the Art Gallery of Hamilton on Wednesday, April 7th.

Films and art pieces will be featured during the James Street North Art Crawl, in the heart of Hamilton`s historic art district, on Friday, April 9th.

Submission deadline: Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 4:30 p.m.

All Hamilton-area elementary and secondary students and all Ontario post-secondary students

Films, photographs, fashions and art will be featured at the Student Expo on Saturday, April 10th at Westdale Secondary School.
